- Ha conseguito la Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia presso l’Università degli Studi di Roma “Sapienza”, il 10-07-2003 con voto di 110 / 110 e lode con tesi dal titolo: “Valutazione morfo-funzionale del cuore d’atleta mediante ecocardiografia 3D-Live: confronto con la Risonanza Magnetica”.
- Ha conseguito l’Abilitazione alla professione il 10-02-2004 ed è iscritto all’albo dell’ ordine provinciale di Roma dei medici – chirurghi con numero: M 53137.
- Ha conseguito la Specializzazione in Cardiologia in data 28-11-2007 presso la I Cattedra di Cardiologia dell’Università di Roma “Sapienza” con voto: 70/70 e lode. Tesi dal titolo: “Studio della Geometria del Ventricolo Sinistro mediante Ecocardiografia Tridimensionale”.
- Ha conseguito il titolo di “Dottore di Ricerca” nel corso di dottorato in “Fisiopatologia Cardiorespiratoria” (XXIII ciclo) in data 15/07/2011 presso la I Cattedra di Cardiologia dell’Università di Roma “Sapienza” con tesi dal titolo: “Studio della performance di contrazione del ventricolo sinistro negli atleti di elite”.
- Nel mese di Gennaio 2012 ha conseguito il titolo di “Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography” (FASE).

- 2003 Settembre – Ottobre. Ha frequentato il laboratorio di imaging cardiovascolare ed emodinamica non invasiva, diretto dal prof. Natesa G Pandian, del New England Medical Center di Boston (TUFTS University) nei mesi di Settembre ed Ottobre 2003.
- 2002 Settembre fino a Novembre 2007. Ha frequentato il laboratorio di Ecocardiografia, diretto dal prof. Stefano De Castro, presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Cardiovascolari, Respiratorie e Morfologiche dell’Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”, eseguendo come primo operatore più di 1000 esami ecocardiografici trans-toracici e 300 esami trans-esofagei.
- 2005 Luglio. Ha conseguito il diploma di “BLSD esecutore” in data 02/07/2005 a Roma, presso il Policlinico Umberto I.
- 2005, Settembre, ha frequentato il laboratorio di imaging cardiovascolare ed emodinamica non invasiva, diretto dal prof. Natesa G. Pandian, del New England Medical Center di Boston (TUFTS University).

- 2007 Dicembre fino a 2010 Gennaio. Vincitore del concorso, svolge l’attività di “Dottorato di Ricerca in Fisiopatologia Cardiorespiratoria” presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Cardiovascolari, Respiratorie e Morfologiche dell’ Università di Roma “La Sapienza”. Durante tale periodo ha prestato servizio, in qualità di specialista in Cardiologia, presso l’Unità di Terapia Intensiva Coronarica, diretta dal prof. Igino Genuini (con autorizzazione dalla Direzione Sanitaria del Policlinico Umberto I).
- Da 2008 Gennaio a 2010 Novembre: si è occupato, nell’ambito del servizio di ecocardiografia diretto dal prof. Luciano Agati presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Cardiovascolari e Respiratorie, del Policlinico Umberto I, della valutazione clinica ed ecocardiografica e dello studio a fine scientifico, dei pazienti con cardiomiopatia ipertrofica.
- Da Gennaio 2008 a 2010 Dicembre. Ha svolto attività di Collaboratore Libero Professionale per l’Istituto di Medicina e Scienza dello Sport “Antonio Venerando”, in qualità di medico specialista in Cardiologia con Contratto di Prestazione d’Opera Professionale (disciplinato dagli artt.2229 e ss. c.c.).
- 2008 Aprile. Ha ricevuto un assegno di ricerca, dall’Istituto di Medicina e Scienza dello Sport “Antonio Venerando” (Direttore scientifico Dott. Antonio Pelliccia), al fine di svolgere il progetto di ricerca: “Valutazione quantitativa tridimensionale della morfologia e della funzione ventricolare sinistra con studio della sfericità, della sincronia, dello svuotamento ventricolare in atleti d’elite”.
- 2009 Settembre. Ha ricevuto un assegno di ricerca dall’Istituto di Medicina e Scienza dello Sport “Antonio Venerando” (Direttore scientifico Dott. Antonio Pelliccia),, per svolgere il progetto di ricerca: “Valutazione tridimensionale del rimodellamento cardiaco e della cinetica ventricolare sinistra in atleti d’elite.”
- 2010 Ottobre: Patentino di esecutore esperto in Basic Life Support Defibrillation con uso di adrenalina e devices vie aeree. (28-29 Ottobre 2010)
- 2010 Novembre ad oggi. Presta servizio presso il Dipartimento di Cardiologia dell’Ospedale San Pietro Fatebenefratelli di Roma, diretto dal Prof. Roberto Serdoz, con contratto libero professionale.
- 2012 Marzo-Dicembre. Ha frequentato volontariamente con autorizzazione della direzione sanitaria, il servizio di emodinamica e cardiologia interventistica dell’Ospedale S.Pietro Fatebenefratelli, per l’apprendimento delle procedure di coronarografia ed angioplastica percutanea, eseguendo come primo operatore 97 coronarografie e 45 angioplastiche coronariche con impianto di stent.
- 2012 Gennaio ad oggi. Incarico di docenza presso l’Università di Roma “Sapienza” nell’ambito del Master Universitario “Tecniche di Ecocardiografia” diretto dal Prof. Camillo Autore.
